Kon Nakousis


    Kon is a construction and projects partner, with an acute understanding of the technical, legal and commercial issues that underpin successful project delivery. He provides strategic advice to market participants on the structuring, negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts across a broad range of projects, including wind and solar farms, process and power plants (EPC and O&M contracts), residential and commercial developments, rail, roads, bridges, airports and sporting facilities. He recently acted for separate, leading international EPC contractors in drafting and negotiating a full suite of project delivery documents for the Golden Plains Wind Farm in Victoria and for the Capital Wind Farm in New South Wales.

    Kon also has extensive experience in dispute management and resolution. He has a proven track record in determining and delivering strategies that result in early and effective resolution of major disputes.

    He is consistently recognised in the various legal directories. Recently he was identified as a leading construction lawyer in the current global and domestic editions of Who's Who Legal.
